Tara Gallus of Lehigh Valley Reiki will teach this class.

Upon completion of this class, you will have gained the following:

-An understanding of the Reiki Story / History 

-An understanding of your Reiki Lineage 

-An understanding of what is Reiki 

-An understanding of many of the benefits of Reiki 

-Knowledge of the Reiki positions for self-healing 

-Knowledge of the Reiki positions for healing others 

-An understanding of what is received with each Reiki attunement

-Knowledge of the Reiki principles 

-How to use Reiki on pets and plants 

-Reiki manual included

In this class, you will learn about the healing benefits of Reiki, the Reiki 1 hand positions, and how to give Reiki to yourself and others.  This class will introduce you to Reiki and will provide you with a first level Reiki attunement.
